The purpose of this package is to demystify plant-based eating and vegan lifestyle, get you started, and set you up for long term success.
- The first step is to fill out the contact form below, I’ll then get in touch with you with the consultation form.
- After you fill out the consultation form, we’ll have an initial meeting, approx 1 hour by video. The purpose of the meeting is for me to get to know you and understand your specific goals and needs.
- Next we’ll get your kitchen and pantry set up for plant-based success. I’ll advise on how to stock your pantry and fridge, and which kitchen tools and gadgets will come in handy.
- Then I’ll prepare a custom 2-week meal plan based on the form and our discussion. We’ll do a quick check-in after week 1 to ensure you’re loving everything and after week 2 to ensure you feel confident to move forward on your own, armed with your new knowledge of plant-based nutrition and cooking.
- Along with the custom 2-week meal plan, this package includes a variety of helpful handouts for your reference, to ensure you have clear and concise, helpful information.
- This package also includes access for us to communicate by WhatsApp for one month for any quick questions you may have along the way.
